DIGITAL ARTWORK

Custom digital images of your vehicle as it sits or with modifications that can be posted online or printed to show off your ride. Digital Images can also be created of custom parts you may have for your vehicle before prototyping or manufacturing.

PROTOTYPING

Creating a sample/model of an idea you have for your vehicle to test and make improvements on before manufacturing.

FIBERGLASSING

Using fiberglass, a highly versatile lightweight material, as a manufacturing process for custom interior/exterior parts.

3D RESIN PRINTING

Using liquid resin, typically composed of either epoxy or a combination of acrylic and methacrylic monomers, as a manufacturing process for custom interior/exterior parts. Resin printing typically has smoother/more appealing finish in comparison to other 3D printing processes. Print size maximum of 7.5"x4.7"x9.8" per piece.

3D SCANNING

The process of analyzing real-world objects to collect 3D data of its shape which can then be used to construct identical or adjusted digital 3D models to be manufactured into interior/exterior parts.

VINYL CUTTING

The process of creating custom designs from vinyl material to be used in interior/exterior placements for temporary or permanent use. Cutting size maximum 11.5"x23.5" per piece.

CLAY SCULPTING

Automotive clay 3D sculpted to create unique artwork of your vehicle or used for prototyping before manufacturing an interior/exterior part.

DIGITAL SCULPTING

Computer software used to create custom inter/exterior parts that can then be 3D printed or created with another manufacturing process. Digital 3D artwork can also be made of your vehicle in the form of images or animation.
